Three Injured In Wreck Near West Cadiz Subway

Three people were taken to Trigg County Hospital, one of those by ambulance, following a two vehicle wreck at the intersection of Business Highway 68 and Highway 274-the Rockcastle Road Thursday night. Trigg County Deputy Sheriff Mark Nichol's report indicates the driver of both vehicles, 17-year old Lily Gomez, of Hillcrest Drive, Cadiz and 18-year old Colten Bridges, of Allen Circle, Cadiz, along with Bridges' passenger 15-year old Aubreianna Moss, of Princeton Road, Cadiz, were all taken to Trigg County Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Moss was taken by ambulance, with Gomez and Bridges taken by private vehicle.

Deputy Nichols says the wreck occurred around 6:30 at the intersection near Subway, west of Cadiz, when Gomez attempted to cross 68 from Old Dover Road, and pulled into the path of Colten Bridges' westbound pickup truck.
