Southern Pennyrile Chamber Alliance Starts Off Strong

The Southern Pennyrile Chamber Alliance is off to a good start following the 2012 General Assembly Session, but it is already looking ahead to 2014. Alliance Chair, John Peck says Christian, Trigg and Todd Counties joined together to better serve the citizens.

Peck says the Alliance had a very good first year.

Alliance member, Christian County Chamber of Commerce President Carter Hendricks says they have several items on the 2013 docket.

But he adds they are also looking ahead to 2014 and projects that need an extra push. Hendricks and Peck says if anyone has a regional project they would like to see the focus of the Alliance, submissions are due by February 28. Hendricks adds anyone can contact him at the Christian County Chamber for more information. Comments about the Southern Pennyrile Chamber Alliance were made at the Hopkinsville Kiwanis Club Thursday.
