Authorities Investigating Death Of Soldier



Authorities are investigating the death of a Fort Campbell soldier from Massachusetts in an accident that occurred off post. According to information from The Daily Item, in Lynn, Massachusetts, 22-year old Pfc. Antonio Syrakos died last Thursday.

Syrakos family says they have been told few details concerning their son's death, as it remains under investigation. His parents say he had served a nine month tour in Afghanistan and was scheduled to be discharged in March.
