The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, along with its partners, including Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, has received a federal grant to provide services for foster children. Officials say the 1.4-million grant will help the Boling Center for Developmental Disabilities work with Camelot Care Center across the state to provide training for foster parents and staff in understanding trauma, its impact on children and more effective ways to interact with children and their care.
