56th Circuit Commonwealth's Attorney G.L. Ovey says he will focus this fifth term, like he has his previous terms, on each case individually. Ovey and his asstistant, Carrie Ovey-Wiggins, took the oath of office Monday morning in the Lyon County Circuit Courtroom in front of Circuit Judge C.A. "Woody" Woodall, III. Ovey says each term holds its own challenges and he is ready for what's ahead.
Ovey adds he will continue serving the people of Caldwell, Livingston, Lyon and Trigg Counties.
Among the cases that Ovey will be trying during his fifth term is another murder trial in the death of Chantel Humphries.
