Few Problems From Smoking Ban

Restaurants were some of the most affected by the new smoking ban in Hopkinsville that took effect Tuesday but local managers say they've had no problems so far. O'Charley's Manager Keith Brown says they instituted the ban on smoking at the start of business Tuesday.

Brown says he's anxious to see how people will react to the ban over time.

The smoking ban was a hot debate in Hopkinsville through the summer and fall. Smoking in restaurants was one of the main factors in passing a ban on smoking.
