Helping Hands Annual Food Drive

In just two hours Thursday afternoon at Hancock's Neighborhood Market in Cadiz, Helping Hands of Trigg County raised twice as much money as last year.

The News Edge's Cindy Allen Lax broadcasted live and says she's ecstatic about the money raised.

That money will help to provide more than half of a month of food for the Helping Hands Food Bank. KG Ariagno with Helping Hands says the money raised will assist them in continuing to give to families in need.

If you weren't able to get down to Hancock's on Thursday you can drop a check in the mail to Helping Hands of Trigg County PO Box 1874 in Cadiz.
