Memorial services for 55 year old Dr. Patrick Perschke of Cadiz will be Sunday, November 18th, at 2:30 at Cadiz United Methodist Church.

Visitation will begin Sunday afternoon at 1:30. Goodwin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
