A new Executive Director has been selected for the Pennyroyal Arts Council. The Council has announced that Margaret Prim has been appointed to the position, effective December 3rd.
Prim will be replacing Carol Barta, who is stepping down at the end of the year, after announcing her retirement back in September. She served on the Board of Directors from 2008 until 2011 and will work with Barta until the end of the year. A release from the Arts Council says she has extensive experience in marketing, finanace, customer relations, and fund raising.
Prim says she is looking forward to using her experience and love for the arts to work with the community.
