Clarksville Police have identified the man shot early Saturday morning. Police say the victim is 20-year old Malcolm Rashaad Wright of Clarksville. Officers adds there are no new developments in the investigation. Detectives continue to interview witnesses, people who were inside the club on the night of the shooting, and looking for anyone with information about or events which lead up to the shooting.
According to the report, police were called out around 3:07am to the report of a shooting in progress at C-Ray’s Social Club, at 2481 Ft Campbell Boulevard. Officers arrived to find a chaotic scene, with patrons of the club fleeing the scene. Police found Wright laying on a wooden ramp outside, on the back side of the business, with gunshot wounds to the body. He was transported to Blanchfield Hospital, at Fort Campbell, where he died shortly after 4:00am.

Clarksville Police point out that they received very little cooperation and concrete information from witnesses at the scene. According to the limited information provided, it was determined there were several subjects fighting inside of the business, shots were fired, with one man being hit.
