League Of Women Debates Start



The Hopkinsville League of Women Voters will kickoff the 2012 series of debates tonight. Three debates will take place tonight, beginning at 6:00pm with Hopkinsville City Council Ward 1, which will feature Carolsue Daigre, Wendell Green, and Thomas Grant.

At 6:45, the Hopkinsville City Council Ward 5 race will be featured with Charlie Henderson and Jason McCraw. The evening wraps up with the debate between the candidates for the 8th District State House seat, incumbent John Tilley and Republican challenger Max Sturdivant. The debates will take place at Bradford Square Mall. Three more debates will take place Tuesday evening.
