11 people are facing felony charges after being indicted Friday by the Christian County Grand Jury.
According to court records:
20 year old Shawn Blane of Hopkinsville was indicted on charges of first-degree fleeing or evading police, knowingly receiving stolen property under $500 and third-degree criminal mischief. Blane was seen allegedly stealing from cars in the Morris Estate Apartment Complex in July and a resident chased him, but he fled through a field. The witness reportedly described Blane's cloths and he was later spotted on East 9th Street, where he led officers on a foot chase. Police say they identified nine victims in Blane's vehicle break in spree.
19 year old Andrew Scott of Hopkinsville was indicted for second-degree assault, two counts of knowingly receiving stolen property over $500, theft by unlawful taking over $500 and knowingly receiving stolen property under $500.
35 year old Mario Sharp of Hopkinsville was indicted on a charge of theft by failure to make required disposition of property over $500. In October 2011, Sharp allegedly rented a Toshiba TV from a local Rent-a-Center and stopped making payments on it.
43 year old Ricky Smith of Hopkinsville was indicted on a charge of unlawful distribution of a methamphetamine precursor first offense. He allegedly traded a box of Sudafed for a fourth a gram of methamphetamine.
42 year old Marvin Gee of Hopkinsville was indicted on a charge of criminal possession of a forged prescription.
27 year old James Logsdon of Hopkinsville was indicted on charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance first offense for cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
31 year old Jennifer Drake of Hopkinsville was indicted on charges of fraudulent use of a credit card over $500 and 52 counts of unauthorized signature on a credit card.
Albert West and Roderick Tutt were indicted on charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance first offense for cocaine, second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance first offense for Lortab, possession of marijuana, first-degree possession of a controlled substance first offense for morphine and second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
David Cox was indicted on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
