The Trigg County Arrowcats have added a World Championship to their list of state and national titles. Twenty-one Arrowcats competed for individual and team Saturday, at the National Archery in Schools Program World Championship in Orlando, Florida.
Tina Davis, this year's Arrowcats coordinator, says two archers will also bring home individual honors.
McNabb is a student at Trigg County High School. Smith, a seventh grader at Trigg County Middle School, placed second in her division based on last year's teams. The Arrowcats shot a 3422 out of a possible 3600. Trigg County archers have competed at previous NASP world tournaments, but this is the first time the Arrowcats have competed as a team.
