Screaming Eagle Medical Home Staff To Train September 21

FT. CAMPBELL, Ky. – Army Medicine requires all 14 Community Based Medical Homes within the Army to complete required training by Sept. 30. Since the Screaming Eagle Medical Home staff will conduct their training Sept. 21, they will not be offering appointments to patients that day. However, SEMH staff will continue to offer both lab and pharmacy services during their normal business hours Sept. 21 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Any Screaming Eagle Medical Home patient with an acute medical need the day of the training, should visit Blanchfield Army Community Hospital’s Emergency Center. Anyone with an emergent medical need should visit the nearest Emergency Room.

SEMH is located in Medical Office Building One, next to Gateway Medical Center and serves active duty family members who live near the clinic.
