While there was a Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued for portions of Christian and Todd County, there was very little in the way of damage or extreme weather with a line of thunderstorms that passed through the area late Wednesday afternoon.

According to information reported to the National Weather Service, there was the report of a car struck by lightning on I-24 in Christian County. However, there were no injuries reported as a result of the strike.

Weather spotters reported a wind gust of 63-miles per hour, however that was with a gust front ahead of the line of thunderstorms.
