Files Still Being Turned Over In Infant Murder Case




The Oak Grove couple accused of killing their nephew are no closer to resolving their cases after complications with evidence.

9 month old Jack Stark's aunt and uncle, Joni and Chris Leutwyler, appeared in court Wednesday morning, where attorneys told Circuit Judge John Atkins they were still waiting on evidence.



   

Commonwealth's Attorney Lynn Pryor says she is aware of the issues and working to fix them.



   

The Leutwylers will be in court again September 12, after Joni's duedate of September 1.
