Evans Leaving Chamber For Trigg Schools Post



A top staffer at the Chamber of Commerce and Christian County Cares 2015 will be stepping down to join the staff at Trigg County Schools.
Chamber President Carter Hendricks says Cammie Evans, who has served with the chamber since June of 2010, will become the Trigg County Career and Postsecondary Education Coordinator. Evans says she is looking forward to her new role.


   
Trigg County Schools Superintendent Travis Hamby says Evans will be a real asset for students.



   
Evans' will officially step down from the Chamber July 31st and begin her new juties at the beginning of the 2012-2013 school year in August.
Chamber President Carter Hendricks says he will be working with Christian County Cares 2015 Director Yasamin Ausenbaugh to quickly start the search process for a new Workforce Education staff person.
