Case Against Bowling Green Woman Goes To Grand Jury

A Bowling Green woman has waived a preliminary hearing on charges of Child Abuse and Wanton Endangerment brought against her after authorities said 19 children were found alone in her home last week. The Warren County grand jury will now consider the case against 32-year old Jackie Farah, who is lodged in the Warren County Jail.

Warren County Sheriff's deputies said the19 children, ages 8 months to 14 years, had been alone for a week. Officials add not all of the children belong to Farah. While temperatures hit triple digits, the children had no air conditioning and little to no food. A detective said there was an inch of dog feces on the floor in one room. The children have been placed in protective custody.
