During its meeting Monday, the Pennyrile Area Development District Board of Directors elected four of their members to serve as officers for the next two fiscal years. The new officers are:  Board Chair – Mayor Gale Cherry, of Princeton; Vice Chair - Judge Executive Stan Humphries, of Trigg County; Secretary - Judge Executive Rick Newman, of Muhlenberg County; and Treasurer – Lori Harper, of Christian County.

Christian County Judge Executive Steve Tribble presented the slate as recommended by the Nominating Committee. Hopkins County Judge Executive Donnie Carroll administered the oath of office following the Board’s approval of the new officers.
