Hopkinsville Man Charged After Saturday Accident



A Hopkinsvile man faces charges following a Saturday afternoon accident. Hopkinsville Police say following a non-injury accident that occurred around 3pm, they observed 35-year old Christopher Rudisill leaving the scene of the accident. He was stopped a short time later on East 9th Street, with police saying Rudisill had the odor of alcohol about him.

After failing several field sobriety tests, Rudisill then registered a breath alcohol level of .172. He was arrested on charges of Leaving the Scene of an Accident, DUI-2nd Offense, and Operating on a Suspended License.
