More Work Taking Place On I-24 In Trigg County

Transportation Cabinet officials have announced plans to restrict westbound traffic to one lane along Interstate 24 near the 68 mile marker in Trigg County on Monday and Tuesday, June 18 and 19. This lane restriction for westbound traffic is to allow concrete surface repair work along I-24 near the 68 mile marker about 3 miles east of the Cadiz Exit.

Motorists should be alert for slowing and merging traffic as they approach the 68 mile marker westbound. The lane restriction will remain up overnight to allow new concrete to cure. This work zone should be removed around Noon on Tuesday, weather permitting.
