Veterans Week Activities In Hopkinsville Kick Off With Annual Ceremony

State Police also charged Christopher Herndon Tuesday afternoon as being the male subject who fled the scene of the crash.

Veteran's Week activities kicked off Saturday morning at the Christian County Justice Center with a City-County Proclaimation and salutes to all veterans active duty military by local officials. The ceremony was broadcast live on Oldies Radio 96.5 and 100.9 FM. Susan Watts captured the moment in photographs.
