LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AMOUNTS OVER 2 INCHES MAY OCCUR IN SOME LOCATIONS. STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF INTENSE, LOCALLY HEAVY DOWNPOURS INTO THURSDAY EVENING.
