State Police also charged Christopher Herndon Tuesday afternoon as being the male subject who fled the scene of the crash.

Firefighters from the Hopkinsville Fire Department were called out around 6am this morning to a fire in an apartment building at the intersection of Hazel Streetand East 21st Street. The News Edge took these pictures from the scene.
