The Trigg County Middle School 7th grade class of Mrs. Sara Oglesby received the $500 Cash for the Classroom donation Wednesday from Garland Nissan's Pat Stoneham. News and Farm Director Alan Watts shares this visit with Mrs. Oglesby, TCMS Principal Kristi Miller and four students.
Trigg County District Judge James Rodman Redd, III, was featured speaker for the 20th Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. events Monday, January 19, at Trigg County High School gym. The event was sponsored by Genesis Express. Cody Wilson spoke at West Cadiz Park prior to the march to Trigg County High School.

Bill Booth played Frank's new single to country radio called "My Old Man." Frank vowed to write a new country song, involving Waffle House.

Friday marked 29 years since a plane carrying 248 soldiers in the 101st Airborne Division crashed in Gander, Newfoundland, killing everyone on board.
