Trigg County Woman Released From Hospital

One of the two Trigg County residents injured in a two vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Cerulean Road and Rocky Ridge Road was released Wednesday afternoon from Vanderbilt Medical Center. 30-year old Ashley Hendricks, of Cadiz, had been hospitalized since the accident.

Kentucky State Police Trooper Billy Over says it appears the accident occurred when 39-year old Kelly Hendricks, of Cadiz, pulled through the stop sign on Rocky Ridge Road and into the path of a truck driven by 42-year old Jason Morris, of Cadiz.

Kelly Hendricks and Ashley Hendricks, were taken initially to Trigg County Hospital, and later transferred to Vanderbilt Medical Center. Kelly Hendricks was then treated and released. Cadiz Police, Trigg County Sheriff's Office, and Trigg County Rescue assisted on the scene.
