Which American Idol earned the most money in 2012, Carrie Underwood or Kelly Clarkson? Ifyou said Carrie, you would be WRONG! Kelly earned $8 million with Carrie tying rocker Chris Daughtry at number two with $5 milllion......surprising, uh??? Scotty McCreery ranked 4th with $4 million.
