A pursuit that started in Logan County ended in Todd County Sunday morning with the arrest of a Tennessee man.
Todd County Sheriff’s deputies say they assisted the Logan County Sheriff’s Office with a pursuit of a vehicle driven by Jimmie Browder, of Springfield, Tennessee that came to a stop on Russellville Road near the intersection of Doctor Boyles Road.
Spike strips were reportedly used by Todd County Sheriff’s Deputy Derek Baumann to disable the vehicle and Browder fled on foot before being taken into custody.
He was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, wanton endangerment, driving on a suspended license, two counts of fleeing or evading police, and several other moving violations.
