The Cadiz-Trigg Crime Stoppers is aking for the community's help in locating a man wanted for theft, as well as a sexual assault in another state. Trigg County Sheriff's Lieutenant Rick Johnson reports they are looking for Phoenix E. Winters, aka Phoenix Enzo, aka Zachary Leaf. He is wanted in Trigg County for Theft By Unlawful Taking $500 or More But Under $10,000.
Lt. Johnson describes Winters as a white male, approximately 5'11" and 180 pounds. He says Wiinters prevous address was listed in the Rockcastle Lakeshore Drive area and that he still may be in the Cadiz area. Winters was last seen driving an early 2000 model orange Mustain with black wheels.
According to Lt. Johnson, Winters should be considered armed and dangerous and is also wanted in Illinois for sexual assault.
