An investigation into a shooting incident early Wednesday morning led the Trigg County Sheriff's Office to make several arrests on drug charges. Trigg County Sheriff Ray Burnam says he and several deputies responded to the report of shots fired.

Burnam says the drug charges stem from what they found in the alleged victim's home.

27-year old Joshua Ennis, 28-year old Charlie Rogers, 24-year old Robert Paul Troup, and 22-year old Rose Anne Williams were all arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Minor, Possession of Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Ennis was additionally charged with Terroristic Threatening, Assault 4th, Intimidating a Participant In a Legal Process and Tampering With Physical Evidence. Troup was also charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Controlled Substance.

The Sheriff says the investigation into the shooting is ongoing and no arrests have been made.
