After some warm dry days, there is the possibility of some heavy rain later in the week. Weather Edge Forecaster David Powell says there are two primary rain events in the forecast for the week.
Powell says some of the readings on river stages are already showing rising waters.
Winter will be back in March. Powell says the cold temperatures could damage some early budding plants.
