Police Enforcing Speed On Wilma Rudolph Boulevard

For those driving on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard in Clarksville, closely obeying the speed limit is probably good advice. Clarksville Police have announced that they are beefing up traffic enforcement on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. Police add that warning signs are posted reading "strictly enforced" and "speed limit 45mph.” According to a news release, Clarksville Police will have traffic units in marked patrol vehicles, unmarked vehicles, and on motorcycles.

Statistics show that Wilma Rudolph Blvd. is currently the #2 roadway in Clarksville for traffic collisions. Police say the increased traffic enforcement is to reduce and/or prevent more traffic collisions from occurring.
