Rascal Flatt's Jay DeMarcus and his wife Allison welcomed a baby boy, Dylan Jay, on Friday afternoon. Jay was in Detroit where the group was to scheduled perform Friday night, but did manage to make it home for the birth of his son and back to Detroit for the concert - now that's showmanship!
