New York Times Calls Eric Church's Live Show One of the Best

Church's live show at the Hammerstein Ballroom last March has been hailed one of the year's best by the New York Times. 2012 was quite a year for Eric,  he also received the CMA Award for Album of the Year.

The Times wrote  “Mr. Church has clawed his way into the country mainstream with a series of post-outlaw anthems, and he delivered them with verve and tension, as if he might not be allowed to for much longer.”

Church's plans for 2013 include taking some time off to be with his family and releasing a LIVE album from his 2012 Blood, Sweat and Beers Tour.

Patti Page, the most successful female singer of the 50's, died on New Year's Day at the age of 85. Best known for "Tennessee Waltz", Page sold over a 100 million records and remained touring until late last year. In 1998, she recorded a live album called "Live at Carnegie Hall: The 50th Anniversary Concert" which went on to win a Grammy.
