A Logan County man was charged over the weekend with his second DUI. The Russellville Police Department reported Thursday that officers responded to a possible intoxicated subject in the parking lot of Walmart Sunday. Upon arrival, officers say they found 36-year old Kevin Webb of Lewisburg inside his vehicle with it running.
After an investigation, Webb was taken into custody for his second DUI. During the arrest, officers reportedly found a small quantity of prescription pain medication.
Webb was booked into the Logan County Detention Center on the DUI charge and 1st Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance.
