Last Rosedale Cemetery Vandal Pleads Guilty

The third man accused of vandalizing graves in the Rosedale Cemetery in Pembroke pled guilty to the crime Wednesday morning. Commonwealth's Attorney Lynn Pryor says James Russell received the same plea agreement as his two co-defendants, George Hill and Philip Walker.

Circuit Judge John Atkins warned Russell not to violate his conditions before leaving the court.

Russell will be formally sentenced December 11th. Walker, Hill, and Russell are accused of violating 40 gravesites and stealing an item from one of the sites.
