A Night With The Blues is Saturday night at the Alhambra Theatre. The show will feature the music of blues band “Willie Sugarcapps.” VIP tickets are $50 each and included reserve seating and an "eat, meet, and greet" with the band before the show. Six Kentucky Supreme Court Justices listened and questioned attorneys Thursday, August 16, in connection to murderer Kevin Wayne Dunlap's appeal. Assistiant Public Defender Kathleen Schmidt and Assistant Attorney General David Abner presented their reasons for dismissing, or not dismissing respectively, Dunlap's guilty plea and death sentence.
