Hummin' & Strummin'
Several hundred people gathered under the big tent overlooking Lake Barkley at the State Park Beach Friday night to see Kentucky history come to life. Chautauqua performers portrayed the lives of Henry Clay, Mary Todd Lincoln, Mark Twain and Grandpa Jones, and a string quartet made up of musicians from throughout the region played the music of Kentucky Bluegrass legend Bill Monroe.
