Harrington Withdraws To Continue As County Attorney

The man running against incumbent Kenny Imes for the 5th District Kentucky House dropped out of the race over the weekend to continue to serve his community in his current position. Calloway County Attorney David Harrington says he decided to withdraw his candidacy after finding that he would have to resign before the election.

Harrington says he may make another run in the future after he has retired.

Fifth District State Representative Kenny Imes is now unopposed for a second term in office.
