State Police also charged Christopher Herndon Tuesday afternoon as being the male subject who fled the scene of the crash.

Two people were transported to Gateway Medical Center following a two vehicle accident Friday afternoon on I-24, just west of the Pembroke-Oak Grove exit. The NewsEdge reported LIVE from the scene and took these pictures.
