Four Trigg County residents are facing drug charges after two active meth labs were discovered inside a Baker Court residence early Friday morning. According to the report, Kentucky State Police and the Trigg County Sheriff's Department received a tip of a possible wanted person at a residence on Baker Court.
As officers arrived on the scene, around 12:52am Friday, a man came out the back door of the residence, at which time officers could smell ammonia coming from inside. A search warrant for the residence was obtained and executed, at which State Police say they discovered the two meth labs inside.
Through their investigation, State Police then arrested 28-year old Michael Overbaugh, 38-year old Jeffery Robinson, 36-year old Brian Rogers, and 20-year old Sierrah Mathis, all of Cadiz. Each was charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, 1st Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. All were taken and lodged in the Christian County Jail.
