State Police also charged Christopher Herndon Tuesday afternoon as being the male subject who fled the scene of the crash.

Four Trigg County residents were killed in an accident involving a passenger van and a tractor on Rockcastle Road, about a mile north of the intersection with Business 68. The News Edge reported LIVE from the scene.
