Dawson Springs Woman Injured

A Dawson Springs woman was injured Friday morning in a single vehicle accident on Kentucky 112, in Hopkins County. State Police say 33-year old Shannon Copeland-Ramage was northbound in her pickup, when she lost control of the vehicle, exited the northbound shoulder of the roadway, and traveled down an embankment.

The truck then struck several metal fence posts, went airborne, and overturned, coming to rest upright, just off the northbound lane. Copeland-Ramage was transported to Baptist Health Madisonville following the accident, which occurred Friday morning around 9:06am.
