Case Of Former Officer Charged With Sexual Misconduct Delayed

The former Hopkinsville Police Officer accused of using his position to get sex will be back in court at the end of next month. Daniel Gray appeared in Christian District Court Wednesday morning. His attorney Rick Boling told Judge Jim Adams they were still waiting for evidence to be turned over by the Kentucky State Police. Judge Adams agreed to continue the case.

Gray was arrested in November on two counts of 1st Degree Official Misconduct. State Police say a woman came forward and told them Gray had traded sex for not taking her to jail. The relationship between the two reportedly started in November of 2016.
