The Cadiz Police Department will soon be at full-staff with officers who patrol the city after the recent swearing-in of an officer who came from a nearby department.
Chief Duncan Wiggins says Justin Rios began his work with the department last week.
Wiggins adds another officer will join their ranks later this week.
School Resource Officer Frank Pollard retired last week and is moving to Florida.
