Cadiz Man Injured In Arrowhead Autowash Wreck

A Cadiz man was taken to Trigg County Hospital following a wreck early Saturday morning at Arrowhead Autowash in Cadiz. According to information from Sergeant Scott Brown 80-year old Eula Oliver was taken to the hospital for a head injury. The accident occurred around 6:45 Saturday morning when Oliver was attempting to insert money into a drive through pay station at the car wash.

The report says Oliver dropped some money on the ground and opened the door to attempt to pick the money up. When the car began to move, police say Oliver accidentally hit the accelerator, drove through the car wash and eventually hit two concrete poles on the rear side of the wash bay.
