The CMA Country Christmas Show hosted by Jennifer Nettles (who is taking a break from Sugarland) will air December 20th and 21st on ABC and features performances by Little Big Town, The Band Perry, Keith Urban, Dierks Bentley Martina McBride, Lady Antebellum, Scotty McCreery and more. The show was taped at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville last weekend.

I didn't know Sammy Kershaw (Cadillac Style and Queen of My Double-Wide Trailer fame) was still touring, but after leaving a show in Nocona, Texas, Friday night his tour bus was struck by another vehicle causing major damage. No serious injuries, but the band will be taking alternative wheels for a while. Kershaw ran an unsuccessful bid for Lieutenant Governor of Louisiana in 2007, and divorced country singer Lorrie Morgan the same year.
