Hopkinsville and Christian County are recognizing the efforts of those who work to ensure everyone has safe and affordable housing. April is Fair Housing Month, and on Tuesday, Mayor JR Knight and Judge Executive Jerry Gilliam signed a proclamation.
Ward 9 Hopkinsville City Councilwoman Jamie Lienberger joined in reading the proclamation to commemorate the 56th anniversary of Title 8 of the Civil Rights Act of 1968.
