A woman was injured in a wreck on East 9th Street at the intersection of Skyline Drive Friday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say the woman was westbound when a medical issue caused her to rear-end the back of a truck in front of her.
The woman was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for what police say are non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash happened just after 12 pm.
