Two Homes Destroyed In Christian County Fire (w/VIDEO)

A fire on Pool Nanny Road destroyed two mobile homes and a vehicle Monday afternoon.

Westside firefighters say they were called to the area for a mobile home that was fully engulfed in flames and when they arrived they found one of the homes on fire along with an SUV and part of the wood line.  The fire quickly spread to a second mobile home before firefighters could get it under control.
Firefighters say it was hard to contain due to the driveway being washed out by a creek and not being able to get their trucks very close to the home.
The American Red Cross has been contacted to assist the families. No one was injured and the cause of the fire was unknown.
Westside Fire Department was assisted by Crofton, Mannington, Gracey, and Northwest fire departments.
